Brian Platt is a licensed real estate broker with Paragon Real Estate Advisors, specializing in multifamily and land development transactions throughout the Seattle and Puget Sound region. With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, he advises investors and property owners in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate ranging from $1 million to $100 million.
As both a broker and investor, Brian offers a unique perspective formed by his ownership in multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties through his real estate syndications and partnerships. This combination of transactional expertise and firsthand investment experience allows him to anticipate challenges, uncover opportunities, and navigate complex transactions with strategic insight.
Throughout his career, Brian has closed 275 transactions totaling over 2,000 apartment units and exceeding $600 million in sales volume.
Brian has a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
