Shay Brinster is the Business Operations Manager for Paragon Real Estate Advisors. Shay oversees all areas of office operations including accounting, technical, administrative, and brokerage support. With such a multidimensional role, Shay is the full jack of all trades. She happily jumps into any situation, finding a solution, and implements the solution into new processes.

Ms. Brinster has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2015. Prior to joining Paragon Real Estate Advisors in 2020, she worked as the Senior Administrative Assistant at another commercial brokerage in the Seattle area. She supported the top five directors in the Seattle office giving her a lot of exposure to the different aspects of the real estate business.

In her free time Shay loves the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, while continuing her education in esthetics.
